Voters in the City of Newberg and Newberg Rural Fire Protection District are invited to attend one of two Town Halls next week that will feature informational presentations about proposed measures they will see on their November ballots.

City residents can learn more about Measure 36-190 Proposed Annexation of the City of Newberg to Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue at a Town Hall on Wednesday, October 18, from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Chehalem Armory, 620 N. Morton St. in Newberg. Representatives from the city and TVF&R will be available to answer questions about Measure 36-190 following the presentation.

Rural residents can learn more about Measures 36-187 and 36-188 Proposed Dissolution of Newberg Rural Fire Protection District and Annexation into Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue at a Town Hall on Thursday, October 19, from 7 to 9 p.m. at Fire Station 20, 414 E. Second St. in Newberg. Newberg Rural board members and TVF&R representatives will be available to answer questions about Measures 36-187 and 36-188 following the presentation.
