At approximately 2:05am firefighters from TVF&R and Lake Oswego were dispatched to a report of a residential fire at 1871 SW Pattulo Way. On arrival crews found heavy smoke and flames venting through the roof of the two story home. Firefighters quickly set up water supply lines to start fire attack and prepped for a search of the building. Soon after, it was determined the home was unoccupied allowing crews to focus on extinguishment. Due to the heavy volume of fire, crews attacked the fire from the exterior, while also concentrating on preventing fire exposure to other nearby buildings. The bulk of the fire was knocked down within approximately 20 minutes.
The 4000 sq. foot home suffered heavy damaged. Fire investigators are on scene to determine fire cause and origin. No injuries were reported.
