Civil Service

The District's Civil Service Commission oversees the system of personnel administration subject to ORS 242.702 through 242.824 for covered positions. It is composed of five volunteer members appointed by the Board of Directors.

Civil Service meetings are scheduled quarterly. See the TVF&R Calendar for the date, time, and location of upcoming meetings. Agendas are posted prior to the meeting, and minutes are posted following approval.
