Community Rooms

TVF&R has six community rooms available for reservation Sunday through Saturday between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m.

  • Please read the Terms and conditions prior to making a reservation.
  • Each group is limited to two active reservations per month.
  • All room reservations are in four hour time blocks. 
  • The first available reservation time begins at 8 a.m. and the last reservation begins at 5 p.m. 
  • Setup and cleanup time should be included in your 4-hour reservation block. No early entry will be permitted.
  • No food is allowed; however, non-alcoholic drinks are permitted. 
  • Reservations can be made on our main scheduling page or by selecting one of the station community rooms below.
