Burning debris from logging operations is limited to burning on forestlands for forest management and is usually managed by the Oregon Department of Forestry (ODF).
It cannot by used for clearing of forestland for any other purpose.
Slash burning is prohibited throughout most of TVF&R's territory.
Contact DEQ or Oregon Department of Forestry to determine if slash burning activities may be allowed.
