A public meeting of the Budget Committee of Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue, a Rural Fire Protection District in Washington County, Clackamas County, Yamhill County, and Multnomah County, is set to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2025. This meeting will take place on Thursday, May 9, at 3 p.m. The purpose is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the proposed budget.

This meeting will be held in person at TVF&R's Command and Business Operations Center, 11945 SW 70th Ave. in Tigard and virtually via Zoom. The meeting will also be available for viewing via the District’s scheduled YouTube channel: http://www.youtube.com/c/TualatinValleyFireRescue. Public comment will be taken in written, phone-in, in-person, or virtual format. Written and phone-in comments, or requests to virtually present comments during the meeting must be received no later than noon on Wednesday, May 8. Written comments will be read during the public comment section of the meeting. Comments by phone or virtually will be taken on a scheduled basis during the public comment section of the meeting. Comments, both written and phone-in, will be subject to a three-minute limit per community member.
