The Insurance Services Office (ISO) is one of the factors used by insurance companies to determine property insurance premiums. ISO evaluated our service area and revised the Public Protection Classification (PPC™) grades for our communities. Per ISO, these new PPC grades are effective February 1, 2018, and are applied using the following criteria:
- PPC Grade 2: Addresses within five miles of a fire station.
- PPC Grade 10W: Addresses over five and within seven miles of a fire station.
- PPC Grade 10: Addresses beyond seven miles of a fire station.
The classifications shown on the map should be considered guidelines and are not necessarily accurate to individual tax lots. If you have additional questions, please contact records@tvfr.com
