Live With The Fire Chief

Informational Virtual Presentation on Measure 34-308

At 2 p.m. on Wednesday, October 27, fire district leadership presented information and answered questions on the proposed bond measure. The presentation live-streamed on TVFR's Facebook page and was available via Zoom. 

Attendees of the presentation had the ability to ask questions of Fire Chief Deric Weiss and district leadership via both Facebook and Zoom. A video of the presentation is available on TVFR’s Facebook page.

On November 2, voters will have the opportunity to vote on whether Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue can issue $122 million in proposed general obligation bonds for emergency services. In addition to the many community organization and service club presentations the fire district has conducted, we provided this opportunity to the public to learn more about the proposed measure and ask questions.
