Location/Service Area
Station 39 is located on a 1.16-acre site at 7100 SW McEwan Road in Tualatin. The future station's service area includes single- and multi-family housing as well as industrial and commercial structures.

Why a New Station?
Fire District leadership conducted a thorough analysis of population density, incident types, and traffic when determining the ideal location for the new station. TVF&R identified the need for a station in this location to ensure fast and effective emergency response to local residents and businesses and to strengthen emergency response in the Rivergrove community and nearby Bridgeport Village area.

Project Description
Rivergrove Station 39 will be a single-story fire station staffed around the clock by a four-person crew with room to expand if call volume increases. The station will feature a community meeting room.

Estimated Construction Timeline
Construction is tentatively scheduled to begin in summer 2018 with a target completion of summer 2019.
