Public Sandbag Sites
Public agencies in Washington and Clackamas County typically have free sand and sandbags available from ~ October through May. During localized flooding incidents, you may wish to contact the specific agency to ensure availability; some city-hosted sites are for residents only.

NOTE: All sites are self-service; you must bring your own shovel. Filling sandbags properly may be a two-person job.Windstorm and Flooding December 2007
