Residential Housing

Everyday the United States averages over 1100
residential fires resulting in at least 10 deaths
and over 50 injuries.

Property damage is in the millions and the lives of
emergency responders are placed at risk on a daily
basis.

Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue's "Multi-family
Housing" program's goal is to save lives by raising
awareness of the residential fire problem by promoting working smoke alarms  and providing useful information on how to prevent a fire from occurring, or minimizing its destructive effects should one occur.

For more information on this program, contact Deputy Fire Marshal Eric McMullen at 503-612-7010 (direct) or 503-612-7000.
