The Occupational Health Services Program was established to bring
in-house the previously outsourced program.  The department is staffed by a program manager, a program assistant, a wellness coordinator and a team of registered nurses who provide physical examinations, blood testing, injections, program coordination, and other health monitoring for both our career and volunteer firefighters as well as other government agencies.

If you would like to request a copy of your vaccination records, please complete the Release of Medical Records form.

Need a vaccination?  If you are an employee of an agency that has contracted with TVFR for services, you are welcome to attend any of the following clinics listed on the July Clinic Calendar.
