Land Purchase
Years from now Station 62 has the potential to be annexed to the City of Hillsboro (SB 122 process). That eventuality, coupled with increasing density in the area, prompted TVF&R to purchase a one-acre lot for a future fire station that could serve the Aloha and West Beaverton communities.
The lot is located at the intersection of 170th Avenue and Blanton Street and was surplus land owned by Washington County.
