Table 1.3 in Section 1.11 of TVF&R’s ERP Request for Proposal states that answers to submitted questions are to be posted on the web site. TVF&R did not receive any questions regarding the RFP or the process.

The pre-proposal teleconference discussed in TVF&R’s ERP RFP will be held at 1:30 PM Pacific Standard Time on Wednesday, March 5, 2008.

The RFP mentions 11:30 AM on page 10 on Table 1.3 and 1:30 PM on page 12 in Section 1.3. This announcement is to clarify that the teleconference will be held at 1:30 PM PST on Wednesday, March 5.

Please remember to limit participation on the teleconference to two (2) representatives per company.

			TUALATIN VALLEY FIRE & RESCUE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (“RFP”) FOR THE ACQUISITION OF ENTERPRISE RESOURCE PLANNING SYSTEM Notice is hereby given that Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue (the “District”) is requesting proposals for the acquisition of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System. The District desires to enter into a contract with a qualified firm who can provide software, maintenance, and implementation services for an ERP system to the District. RFP documents are available on the internet at http://www.tvfr.com. Any addenda issued will be found on this website. It is the vendor’s responsibility to check the website for any addenda to the RFP. Refer to the RFP document for pre-proposal questions deadline, the pre-proposal conference, and last day to accept questions regarding the RFP.
