Recent economic downturns, a transient population and changing demographics have presented apartment mangers and maintenance personnel with significant challenges in maintaining and running a complex.  Tualatin Valley Fire and Rescue acknowledges these issues and is in the process of developing a training program targeting the devastating effects of fire through prevention.
