Location/Service Area:
Station 52 serves the City of Wilsonville, Charbonneau, and the surrounding agricultural, industrial, and wildland/urban interface areas. Extensive residential, commercial and industrial development,
and a steady increase in the number of senior care facilities is changing the complexity and
challenge of this response area. Project Description:
Seismic requirements for emergency services facilities have changes since this station was
last upgraded. Minor seismic upgrades and improvements that address the District standard
for female firefighters are required. In addition, an
interior sprinkler system will be installed. Estimated construction start:
