Location/Service Area:
Station 51 is one of the District’s newer stations and it provides emergency response services to a
varied response area that includes single and multi-family dwellings, industrial, and commercial
structures. Station 51 houses one of only two ladder trucks responding to TVF&R’s entire service area. Project Description:
Seismic requirements for emergency services facilities have changes since this station was
constructed. As a result, minor seismic upgrades are necessary (strapping of roof structure and walls).
An interior sprinkler system will also be added. Estimated construction start:
