TVF&R receives almost its entire funding from property taxes. This funding includes a Fixed Property Tax - established when Oregon voters approved Measure 50 in 1997 - that cannot increase. It also includes Voter Approved Temporary Taxes that now provide short-term funding for TVF&R.
